During the first six months an individual is on Medicare Part B, Medicare coveres a one-time preventative physical exam.  What does the exam include?  It includes a review of your health, information on preventative services you need like certain screenings and shots.  The amount you pay is 20% of the Medicare approved amount after the Part B deductible.
